- which is simply incorrect because the copies of the local registers are housed at The General Register Office in Southport, not the certificates which are produced on order and posted to the purchaser as quickly as possible
No mention made of FreeBMD Home Page or for example Bath Births Marriages & Deaths part of the new http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/ with links to 339 web sites that offer on-line transcriptions of the ORIGINAL UK births, marriages, deaths (and censuses?)
